Duplex Telecom was formed in 1982 and specialises in the production of telephone call management and hospitality management software. The company is privately owned and operates from offices in Billericay, Essex and designs, writes, installs, trains and supports it's own products. To date there have been over 1000 installations at customers ranging from 10 extensions up to 35 site corporates, covering virtually all industry sectors.

All software products are designed, written and supported in house and provide a range of facilities that meet the requirements of most types of business. Both Windowstm (32 bit) and DOStm versions are available.

Sales are generated both direct and indirect and strategic partnerships have been formed with a number of PBX manufacturers - Mitel, Ericsson and Ascom have all accredited Duplex products. Resellers come from these channels as well as a number of independent dealers.

Abroad, Duplex has a sales / support office in Cyprus covering the Middle-East and Africa. Countries to which the company have exported are Afghanistan, Gibralter, Holland, Kazakstan, Mauritius, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Ghana, Libya, Nigeria, Kuwait, UAE, Syria, Yemen.
